This notice explains the limited personal information handling currently intended for The Ikigai Zone™ website, an initiative of Strengths Quotient Institute (SQI).

The current website

This is a static coming-soon website. It does not currently provide an account, newsletter sign-up, payment facility, embedded enquiry form, active membership system or community platform.

If you email us

The current contact route is an ordinary email to adventurers@StrengthsQuotient.com. You choose what to include. We may receive your name, email address, organisation or role if you provide them, the content of your enquiry, and related correspondence and technical email records.

We use this information to read, assess and respond to the enquiry; route it to an appropriate person within SQI; maintain necessary correspondence records; and address legal, security or dispute matters where required.

Please provide only what is reasonably needed. Do not send diagnostic material, identity documents, payment or financial details, medical or mental-health information, crisis information, confidential or third-party information, or unnecessary personal stories.

Contacting us does not by itself create membership, participation, programme admission, event registration, a contract, marketing consent, publication permission or a guaranteed response or invitation.

We do not treat a general enquiry as permission to add you to marketing, publish your words or story, create a public profile, diagnose or score you, segment you for community participation, or use your content to train an artificial-intelligence model.

Service providers and overseas processing

SQI may use email, hosting, security and other infrastructure providers to operate the website and receive correspondence. Those providers may process or store information outside Singapore. Where required, SQI will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection under applicable law.

Retention

For a general enquiry that does not progress, SQI intends to keep the correspondence for no longer than 12 months, and for a shorter period where appropriate. A different period may apply where an enquiry progresses into another properly governed relationship, or where records are reasonably required for a complaint, dispute, legal obligation, security matter or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Access, correction, withdrawal and questions

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about personal data SQI holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may affect SQI’s ability to respond.

Email adventurers@StrengthsQuotient.com and mark the message “Privacy”. SQI may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
